How much does stump grinding cost?
The price depends on stump size, the number of stumps, access, exposed roots, and the cleanup you want. Call or text photos and your location for a free estimate. We agree on the scope before work begins.
Is stump grinding the same as pulling out the roots?
No. Grinding breaks down the stump below the surface. It does not excavate the entire root system. If you need the area for a foundation or another construction project, tell us before booking so we can discuss the requirements.
What happens to the wood chips?
Grinding produces chips and soil. We discuss raking, keeping the material on site, and any requested haul-off as part of the estimate. Tell us how you want the area left.
